There's not really much of anything to which I would feel tempted to react with physical violence. However, I find the question "Are you OK" to be an absolutely ridiculous thing to ask, in particular because it is most often posed somewhat cluelessly AFTER someone has already expressed discontent about something.
Are you alright?
