Last time I did #8, the psychiatrist recommended inpatient care.
In principle, I agree with all of them.
May I recommend #11? When in doubt, double-cheese pizza is the answer.

Laughing uncontrollably... In public? Last time I did that was in High School, Grade 11 or 12 Physics class. That's all I remember. In the privacy of ones own home with no one else present is almost as bad, but, I admit, has occurred this year.
Never really thought of extending the list.
