Waiting for Lars Ulrich to sue the kid for theft of intellectual property, piracy and so on.
No, the kid isn't negatively impacting sales, and in fact may be increasing the fan base, thereby boosting revenue, so he may be safe. Is he in fact infringing on Metallica's intellectual rights? Perhaps, but then so is any other band who plays a Metallica cover, even worse if it is a paying gig. (Said with a hint of snark.)
