So, if you matter (M) then, you times the speed of light squared equals energy.
You are energy, and energy can do things, sometimes great things.
I like this, but I like it even better thinking of it this way. If you were just matter then you could be just a lump, but you are not, you are energy and light.
One of the reasons this was too funny is that it is one of the very few things that I remember from high school.
I like best the play on the word "matter"... You are matter and you matter. Like saying... "You rock." ... which oddly enough someone said to me several years ago and I'm not sure which one he meant.
